By submitting your image, video, post or other content (“UGC”) via our submissions address (submissions@insomniacgames.com) or community webpage (insomniacgames.com/community), or by tagging your social media content with the hashtags #InsomGamesCommunity and #InsomGamesSpotlight, you are granting to Insomniac Games and Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC (“SIE”), and SIE’s parents, affiliates, successors, assigns (“Affiliates”), the non-exclusive, sub-licensable, and royalty-free right (but not obligation) to reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, prepare derivative works of, and perform the UGC on their digital and social media channels and websites for promotional and marketing purposes. In addition, you grant SIE and its Affiliates permission to publish your name, social media handle, PSN ID, image, avatar or other likeness provided to us with your UGC submission in connection with the use of your UGC on our digital and social media channels and websites. You acknowledge and agree that, to the extent your UGC incorporates images, video, audio, trademarks, or other material owned by SIE or its Affiliates, SIE retains all ownership rights in and to such content.
